The longest span of deflation in Canadian history since 1953 occurred this year, but last month saw this deflation come to a finish. In September inflation was in the negative figures but in October the year-to-year inflation increased by 0.2% to a positive 0.1%. Questions are still going to be asked even with the tiny rise in inflation.
